Join me for CLARITY: Embodied Anatomy of the Nervous System.

The nervous system often gets spoken about in terms of regulation and optimization.

The nervous system is a messenger.

It sparks, communicating through flashes of fire and salt.

It is embodied lightening.

In this Embodied Anatomy Session, you will learn the anatomy and physiology of the nervous system through embodied poetry that brings life and magic to the body, while radically increasing your understanding of your own physiology.

All Embodied Anatomy Sessions are free for members of Anchor Community.

The pre-registration price of $20 will increase significantly once the session joins the full Embodied Anatomy Library. Part of that is because I just adore the energy of facilitating these practices with a large group, and so I want as many people as possible to be able to easily register for the live session. The recording will be shared.
